Stop this soot in Port Harcourt

We can't remain silent anymore, people living in Port Harcourt City in Nigeria are facing possible environmental epidemic with a certain black soot that is covering the city. Even babies can tell that the air of the city is hazardously polluted. This mass of impure carbon particles called soot is known to cause cancer and lung disease, otherwise the second-biggest human cause of global warming. Port Harcourt City has been under the siege of this mass of impure carbon particles seen November of 2016 and the so-called leaders with their arms akimbo are telling the people to help them seek out who is responsible. The health of the people inhaling this poisonous substance is not considered at all. A few people decided to sensitize the public with instructions on how to survive this possible epidemic and they are being labeled 'anti-government'.
